Ash's Pokemon teams from different regions.

Ash Ketchum's quest to conquer Pokémon is finally coming to an end after 25 years. The Pokémon Company made this revelation official by releasing a trailer that featured some of Ash's most memorable adventures. Take heart, though, fans who are grieved by this news—his quest still has one more chapter to go.

Here we will take a brief look at Pokemon's which Ash capture in different regions.

Ash's Pokemon team in different regions:

Ash Ketchum (Satoshi) has visited a wide variety of locales in the Pokemon universe over the years. The anime shows Ash and his friend Pikachu catching a new team of Pokemon with each new adventure. Each new region brings a new generation of Pokemon with it.

Kanto Region:

• Pikachu

• Caterpie → Metapod → Butterfree

• Pidgeotto → Pidgeot

• Bulbasaur

• Charmander → Charmeleon → Charizard

• Squirtle

Pokemon from Ash's native Kanto region make up his Pokemon squad. Because to the team's excellent balance, Ash was able to successfully capture a Fire, Water, Grass, and Flying-type in each region. Even though there are more Pokemon available, Ash chooses to employ just his other five primary Pokemon for the majority of his time left in Kanto, even after Butterfree eventually leaves his team. In one of the final Kanto episodes, Pidgeot was also allowed to roam free.

Some other Pokemon's from Kanto region are:

• Raticate

• Krabby → Kingler

• Primeape

• Muk

• Tauros (x30)

All of Ash's remaining Kanto Pokemon have unique circumstances that prevent them from being used on his starting lineup. Ash only had Raticate for one episode before regretting his decision and trading it back. Raticate was one of Ash's Pokemon. Primeape only spent a brief amount of time with Ash before departing to train with a Fighting-Type expert. Even if Primeape is still technically Ash's, it hasn't been in the programme since. Muk and Krabby were both captured and taken straight to Oak's lab. They did take part in the Kanto League, winning games Ash most likely would have lost otherwise. Ash's level 30 Due to the use of guns, a notorious incident in which Tauros were apprehended was outlawed in the United States. When Ash visits the Safari Zone, a running joke has him catch an entire herd every time he throws a Safari Ball because a Tauros runs by and gets in the way.

Team From Orange Island:

• Pikachu

• Bulbasaur

• Charizard

• Squirtle

• Lapras

• Snorlax

Pidgeot and Butterfree left vacancies that were filled by Lapras and Snorlax, however Lapras eventually leaves his team near the end of the story. Despite not fighting frequently, the enormous Pokemon is a force to be reckoned with and one of Ash's most formidable adversaries.

Johto Region:

• Pikachu

• Chikorita → Bayleef

• Cyndaquil

• Totodile

• Noctowl

• Phanpy

Throughout Ash's early Johto travels, his Kanto Pokemon depart for training or merely return to Oak's lab, and each is eventually replaced by a new Pokemon. Ash mostly concentrated on creating a team that was similar to his prior one (i.e. after Charizard left he wanted a new Fire-type and found Cyndaquil).

Ash also catches some other Pokemon's in Johto Region:

• Heracross

• Beedrill

Heracross was initially captured by Ash but quickly settled in at Oak's lab, where he stays unless Ash summons him for combat. Ash never truly utilised Beedrill; he only gave it to his friend Nanako after catching it in Johto's renowned Bug Catching Contest.

Ash's Hoenn Team:

• Pikachu

• Taillow → Swellow

• Treecko → Grovyle

• Corphish

• Torkoal

• Snorunt → Glalie

Hoenn is noteworthy since it was the area where Ash captured the fewest Pokemon. He had just enough new partners, five captures total, to complete out his squad before the Hoenn League.

Kanto Battle Frontier Team:

• Pikachu

• Grovyle → Sceptile

• Swellow

• Corphish

• Phanpy → Donphan

• Aipom

After the Hoenn League, Torkoal and Glalie required a sabbatical, leaving two openings on Ash's Pokemon team. While one of these spots was filled by his Phanpy, who even managed to evolve! This story also had Ash battling the Battle Frontier while using many of his older Pokemon, including a wild Aipom in one of the spaces.

Sinnoh Region Team:

• Pikachu

• Aipom

• Starly → Staravia → Staraptor

• Turtwig → Grotle → Torterra

• Buizel

• Chimchar → Monferno → Infernape

• Gligar → Gliscor

• Gible

Although Ash had more than six Pokemon on his squad at any given time after visiting Sinnoh, this was never the case. His Aipom, who had secretly followed him from Oak's lab, fell in love with Contests and was exchanged for his friend Dawn's (Hikari's) Buizel, who enjoyed fighting. Later, Gliscor left Ash to train, and Gible took his place; nevertheless, Gliscor did return to Ash in time for the Sinnoh League.

Other Pokemon's from Sinnoh region:

Cyndaquil → Quilava

A full 10 years' worth of episodes after Ash first grabbed him, Cyndaquil was one of the numerous previous Pokemon that Ash called on for the Sinnoh League and ended up evolving while guarding Ash's other Pokemon from Team Rocket.

Pokemon's from Unova Region:

• Pikachu

• Pidove → Tranquill → Unfezant

• Oshawott

• Tepig → Pignite

• Snivy

• Scraggy

• Sewaddle → Swadloon → Leavanny

• Roggenrolla → Boldore

• Palpitoad

• Krokorok → Krokoodile

• Charizard

Unova observed Ash engaging in rotation with his Pokemon. In this region, Ash manages to catch a remarkable nine new Pokemon, but instead of assigning some of his team members to a supporting role, he rotates them. As a result, his options become far more versatile, and viewers are left wondering which Pokemon he could use to fight in each new episode.

Ash's Kalos Team:

• Pikachu

• Froakie → Frogadier

• Fletchling → Fletchinder → Talonflame

• Hawlucha

• Noibat

The majority of the Pokemon on Ash's small but effective Kalos team are adept at the "quick and hard" fighting styles that Ash favours. Notably, despite the fact that this tale is concluded, Ash has not yet added a sixth Pokemon to his squad.

Other Kalos Pokemon:

• Goomy → Sliggoo → Goodra

When Ash first encountered Goomy, he was a timid, helpless child. Goomy wanted to be strong because he idolised Ash, and Ash pledged to support him in that endeavour. He was successful by assisting his evolution into Goodra, who eventually returned to his own country after saving them and the local Pokemon from an evil plan.

Alola Region:

• Pikachu

• Lycanroc

• Incineroar

• Rowlet

• Naganadel

• Melmetal

Like Unova and Kalos before it, Ash entered this region with a new group of fellow travelers and a completely new team of Pokémon partners--except for Pikachu of course. Some of those new Pokémon did a lot of work for Ash, and others never really measured up.

Afghanistan has shown desire to play against Pakistan after Australia series called off.

On Thursday, Cricket Australia announced its withdrawal from the three-match One-Day International (ODI) series in March against Afghanistan.

After Cricket Australia (CA) called off the three-match ODI series, the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) contacted the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

Afghanistan has reportedly stated their willingness to play three one-day internationals against Pakistan in the United Arab Emirates in March.

After the eighth Pakistan Super League (PSL) season is over and before the New Zealand series, the PCB is exploring the option of the three-match series.

Additionally, three Super League games between Pakistan and Afghanistan are scheduled for August.

The three-match One-Day International (ODI) series in March was cancelled by Cricket Australia on Thursday, citing Taliban efforts to further restrict women's rights.

Afghanistan is the only full member nation without a working women's team because of limitations imposed by the Taliban-led administration. In accordance with official policy, girls are not allowed in parks, middle and high schools, or gyms.

The International Cricket Council will be contacted about the situation, the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) stated in a statement (ICC).

According to an ACB statement, "Cricket Australia's deplorable decision to pull out of Afghanistan's home three-match ODI series in March is highly disappointing and saddening, and we will formally write to the International Cricket Council about the situation."

Because it followed "consultation and probable enforcement from the Australian Government," the board described the decision to withdraw from the series as "an unfortunate attempt to enter the domain of politics and politicise the sport."

It is important to note that when Australia postponed the series, Afghan bowler Naveen-ul-Haq withdrew from the Big Bash League (BBL), while Rashid Khan indicated he will "seriously examine" his future in the league.
